I. Application Background

In sludge treatment processes, the sludge cake produced by filter presses has a high moisture content, is highly viscous, and tends to clump. Conventional single-shaft screw conveyors are highly prone to blockages, entanglement, and material buildup when conveying such materials, which severely impacts the continuous operational efficiency of the production line. II. Equipment Features

This equipment consists of two shaftless screw blades, eliminating the central shaft design of traditional screw conveyors. The U-shaped trough and screw blades are manufactured from stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
